Why are prices different from goldenconcept.com?
GC Outlet features selected pieces from previous collections or limited remaining inventory. Pricing may be adjusted based on availability, product lifecycle, and stock strategy.
Are products new?
Products sold through GC Outlet are new and delivered in original condition unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Most items are available in limited quantities. Once sold out, they may not return.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact outlet@goldenconcept.com as soon as possible. Once dispatched, the order cannot be changed or canceled.
When is my payment captured?
Payment is authorized at checkout and captured prior to dispatch.
I did not receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
Please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact outlet@goldenconcept.comwith your name and the email used at checkout.
Can my order be canceled due to stock issues?
In rare cases, inventory discrepancies or technical errors may occur. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, Golden Concept AB may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

How much does shipping cost?

Do you ship internationally?

Will I have to pay customs duties and taxes?
For deliveries outside the EU, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by the destination country.

PURCHASE INFORMATION
Who is the seller?
The seller is Golden Concept AB, Baltzargatan 20, SE 21137 Malmö, Sweden.
When is a purchase contract formed?
A binding contract is formed only when Golden Concept AB confirms acceptance of the order and payment has been successfully processed.
Which law applies?
Purchases are governed by Swedish law, including mandatory consumer protection rules such as the Swedish Consumer Sales Act and the Swedish Distance and Door-to-Door Sales Act.
WARRANTY
Do GC Outlet products include warranty?
Yes. All products sold through GC Outlet are covered by the official Golden Concept limited warranty.
How long is the warranty?
The warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of delivery and applies to manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Do products include a warranty certificate and serial number?
Yes. Each product is delivered with an official warranty certificate stating the warranty period and the product’s unique serial number.
How do I file a warranty claim?
Contact outlet@goldenconcept.com without undue delay and include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable.
RETURNS
Can I return my order?
Yes. In accordance with applicable consumer legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive the goods.
What condition must returns be in?
Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. If a product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, a deduction may be made from the refund.
Who pays return shipping?
Unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned goods and within the timeframe required by applicable law. Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
