6.4. If the packaging appears damaged upon delivery, the consumer should notify the courier and contact customer support without delay.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

7.3. Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

8.1. Golden Concept products are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
