RETURNS

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive the goods.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within the withdrawal period.

Return Conditions

Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Golden Concept AB reserves the right to reduce the refund amount if the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned goods and within the timeframe required by applicable law. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Return Shipping

Unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Please contact our customer support outlet@goldenconcept.com for return instructions.
