WARRANTY

All products sold through GC Outlet are covered by the official Golden Concept limited warranty.

The warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of delivery and applies to manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, you must notify us without undue delay by contacting outlet@goldenconcept.com Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photographs where applicable.

If a defect covered by the warranty arises during the warranty period, Golden Concept AB will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product with the same model or, if unavailable, a comparable model.

This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

The limited warranty does not cover the following:

(A) Consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings, that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

(B) Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, or surface wear, unless such damage is the result of a manufacturing defect.

(C) Damage caused by use with third-party components or products that do not meet Golden Concept’s specifications.

(D) Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, or other external causes.

(E) Damage caused by operating the product outside the user manual, technical specifications, or other published guidelines.

(F) Damage caused by service, modification, or repair performed by anyone who is not a representative of Golden Concept or an authorized service provider.

(G) Defects caused by normal wear and tear or the natural aging of materials over time.
